Evaluations
Evaluations systematically examine the feasibility of programmes, processes and projects. The results and findings serve to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the resources used.
We develop our evaluation design in a dialogue with those involved. We collect, describe, analyse and evaluate the subject of the contract. We develop recommendations for action to bring about changes to strategies, structures, activities and processes.
