Management of cooperative projects
Cooperative projects place special demands on management. A variety of partners and objectives, geographical distance, different cultures, influential stakeholders, as well as the convergence of technologies and services, add to the complexity of the projects.
Trust and partnership are prerequisites for long-term and successful cooperation. We encourage these factors for success through transparent management of responsibilities and decision-making processes.
