The final conference of the EU project "Intersectional Management in Health Care" (IMHC) took place on 25th of September 2007. The two project Partners Flensburg University of Applied Sciences and oncampus (e-learning company of Luebeck University of Applied Sciences) outlined the path from idea to successful outcome.

During the project phase the participating universities have developed a web-based training programme in the field of nursing management. The aim was to develop a part-time academic training programme for employees in health care. The concept of online-based learning allows students, study and work independent of location and time together.

DSN was charged with organisation and programme planning of the event. DSN had also carried out the project and financial management during the three-year project period.
