With increasing life expectancy and the related increase in chronic diseases among the elderly is "care" an issue for everyone. There are quite a number of offers and support services. But who looks through them? The Care Portal gives first answers. The internet portal combines and structures existing information around the topic “old age care”. The target group is: people who need care, their relatives, friends and neighbours. Here, the people from Schleswig-Holstein receive answers, helpful tips and links to questions like "Where can I get individual advice?" or "How do I know what nursing facility suits my parents?".

DSN is editing the portal on behalf of the Ministry of Health of the Land Schleswig-Holstein. Also the technical development of these pages is part of the contracted activities.
