Evaluation of the first phase of the pilot initiative „Technical Assistance Facility for Danube Region Projects” of the EU Strategy for Danube Region

Danube Region Strategy Logo

‘Technical Assistance Facility for Danube Region Projects’ (TAF-DRP) is a pilot initiative, which aims to support organisations in the Danube region in developing their project ideas into mature, recoverable project concepts. Over a period of six months selected project applicants are being supported by experts to create, for example, a detailed project structure, a schedule and a cost plan. Projects can be submitted from 14 countries of the Danube region and 11 thematic priorities in the EU strategy. In the first two calls for projects 35 project proposals were selected.

Three consortia provided the technical consultations. DSN was charged with the evaluation of the first phase. Amongst others recommendations to improve the initiative were worked out.
