Managing projects
You need an efficient management for your cooperation project so that you can focus on essentials? You want to make optional use of the competences and commitment of your cooperation partners? You want to achieve goals together? You want to use your time for the implementation of the project instead of for the administration of the funding? You want your project to be noticed by the public?
We coordinate the tasks and activities of all cooperation partners. We make the progress of project transparent. We point out potentials for better results and processes and make necessary decisions. We communicate the project to relevant stakeholders and the public.
